1. Insurance

 The vehicle will be comprehensively insured by Unique Concept Rent a Car L.L.C and will include unlimited Third Party Liability in respect of death and bodily injury in accordance with UAE Law. Optional Collision Damage Waiver (S) CDW is available upon request, which waives the renter’s liability on accident, but only after submission of final police report along with relevant documents.

2. Maintenance and Repair

 Manufacturer specified servicing is included in your rental plan. Servicing generally takes place every 5,000 kilometers and varies for certain vehicles. The Lessee will be responsible for daily preventive maintenance of the vehicle.

3. Accidents

 In the event of an accident, all Unique Concept Rent a Car L.L.C vehicles are insured against third party liability with respect to death or bodily injury. You are required to obtain a Police report irrespective of damage severity. A standard excess charge of AED 1000/- applies towards the cost of repairs for each claim. Should the cost of repair be less than standard excess charge, you will only be liable for actual costs, except where Collision Damage Waiver (S) CDW has been accepted and purchase by the Lessee. The damage due to mishandling is not covered by insurance such as tyre burst, glass breakage, engine damage due to neglect etc.

4. Replacement Vehicle

A similar group replacement vehicle will be provided when the leased vehicle is in for service repairs.

5. Round-the clock Support

 Unique Concept Rent a Car L.L.C provides 24/7 support in the event of an emergency (8004101).

6. Mileage

The quoted rates are based on a maximum mileage cap of 250/1500/4500 kms, daily/weekly/monthly respectively. Mileage exceeding the agreed amount is chargeable as per the tariff.

Note - All vehicles including 4X4 are designed for paved road use only. Desert off-road usage is not permitted and any such associated damage is chargeable in full.

7. Driver Qualification

Owner provides a vehicle In accordance with the terms of the Agreement and /or conditions that the Renter holds a valid driving license and had hold such a license for not less than 1 year of tenure and valid in the areas of operation. Renter’s age must not be less than 25 years. In case the age of the driver more than 21 years but less than 25 years , an additional deductible of 10% of the amount of the admissible insurance claim, over and above the insurance excess AED 2000/- would be paid by the Renter. you will only be liable for actual costs, except where Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) has been accepted and purchase by the Lessee. The damage due to mishandling is not covered by insurance such as tyre burst, glass breakage, engine damage due to neglect etc.

 Additional Driver can be added subject to above described driver qualifications and will be charged at AED 100/- per month.

8. Traffic Violation & SALIK

Renter Shall remain responsible and liable to pay for traffic fine or any penalty ( as imposed by the Police, RTA, or other Government authority) will be lessees responsibility as and when received including service charges (Higher Of AED 40/- dhs or 10% + Knowledge fee of AED 10/- as applicable which ever agreed as per the contract ) for settling the traffic fines . In case the vehicle is impounded by the government authorities, Belhasa Car Rental LLC will charge the rental amount till the vehicle is returned to Belhasa Car Rental LLC. For RTA, Salik (toll) Tax will be charged billed as per actual RTA charges + Administration charge of AED 1.0 dhs will be billed per crossing.

Commercial Vehicle Clause : If the hirer plans to travel in Sharjah or Ajman, Tasreeh is required for Driver and Bus to avoid any fine from RTA Sharjah or RTA Ajman, Below are the charges for obtaining Tasreeh and the will be paid be the hirer upfront.

a. Driver Tasreeh – AED 250.00 (for 6 months)

b. Bus Tasreeh – AED 1000.00 (for 6 months)

c. Administrative Charges – AED 200 .00 (per Tasreeh 6 month)

d. Hirer will pay to the owner all the traffic fine along with 10% service charges (on the fine), due to non availability of Tasreeh

9. Master Lease & Service Level Agreements

Upon confirmation of this quotation, Unique Concept Rent a Car L.L.C will prepare a Master Rental Agreement for the lessee’s signature. The lessee must furnish other stamped required documents including a valid passport, visa & driver license copy, valid trade license copy, a security deposit standing payments, and associated forms before the vehicle is procured and delivered.
